Become a Member of Tall Pines Conservancy
Tall Pines is a 501(c) (3) non-profit organization that relies on the generosity of our members for funds to obtain conservation easements and purchase of development rights . These programs permanently protect the places essential to our quality of life. Therefore, by supporting Tall Pines, you are giving a gift that will last forever.
WE are the only organization in our area dedicated to saving economically viable and environmentally fragile farmlands in Waukesha county.
WE are keeping our rivers and lakes clean through responsible land stewardship and the protection of natural areas and open spaces.
WE are working in three counties – Waukesha, Washington and Dodge.

Gifts Of Stock
Tall Pines Conservancy also gratefully accepts gifts of stocks or mutual funds. By making a gift of stock you’ve owned for more than one year to TPC, you avoid paying taxes on the gain. In addition, your charitable contribution deduction is equal to the full market value of the stock. See your financial planner for additional information.
TAX-FREE IRA Gift
If you are age 70 1/2 or older, you may now instruct your IRA custodian to transfer a gift directly to Tall Pines Conservancy – a provision recently made permanent by Congress. This distribution would not be included in your taxable income, but could fulfill any mandated minimum distribution requirements and would not produce an income tax deduction. This donation may be designed for operations or the Land Conservation Partnership Fund.
This outright gift must come directly from your IRA custodian to TPC. Gifts may be made at any time and set up for future years without expiration. See your IRA custodian to have your required minimum distribution gifts put in place today.
This is another way you can help us reach our land conservation goals. For further information regarding planned giving, please contact Beth Hoefer-Jezo.
